About me

My name is Sőreg Anikó, and I'm the creator and owner of  NANCHI Design. I started cooking as an everyday activity for my family; then it became a hobby, and slowly a passion. I enjoy experimenting with food, textures, colors, and tastes. I'm also fond of arrangements and design. My food is made from simple ingredients, using simple methods. I eat the food I make every day. Photography and graphic design are my other passions. I love taking pictures of the ordinary; there is so much beauty in a vegetable or fruit! I take my photos with my mobile phone. My food changes with the seasons, and I usually cook whatever I feel like cooking. I cannot deny my German ancestry and the cuisine I was raised with in my Hungarian village. I love potato dough, dumplings, and homemade noodles.
